Premier Educators was founded by Chris McDermott after seeing how difficult it was for early childhood programs to consistently find qualified educators.

The company was built around a simple belief: early education staffing deserved infrastructure designed specifically for early education. Rather than treating schools and educators like transactions, Premier focused on building a marketplace where both sides could get a better experience.
